Bonus Terms & Conditions

1. General Bonus Policy

1.1. All promotional offers at Casino Winkingdom are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, Neteller etc), IP, and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace). 1.2. To claim any deposit bonus, the minimum deposit required is 20 EUR/GBP (or equivalent in other currencies) unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion. 1.3. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before funds can be withdrawn. Unless specified otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 40x (forty times) the bonus amount.

2. Wagering Requirements

2.1. When playing with an active bonus, your real money balance is used first, followed by the bonus funds. 2.2. Different games contribute differently towards the wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% (except for excluded games listed below)
• Table Games / Roulette: 10%
• Video Poker: 5%
• Live Casino Games: 0% 2.3. The maximum bet permitted while wagering a bonus is 5 EUR/GBP per spin or game round. This includes double-up wagers after a game round is completed.

3. Excluded Games

3.1. Certain games are excluded from bonus wagering due to their high volatility or specific mechanics. Attempting to wager a bonus on these games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any accumulated winnings. (Please refer to our “Excluded Games List” in the help center for the full list of titles).

4. Free Spins

4.1. Free Spins must be activated within 24 hours of being credited to the Player Account. 4.2. Once activated, Free Spins are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. 4.3. Winnings obtained from Free Spins are credited as bonus money and are subject to standard wagering requirements.

5. Bonus Abuse & Fair Play

5.1. Winkingdom Casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs to investigate patterns of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirements;
• Leaving large bets on the table, for example in Blackjack, and returning after bonus wagering has been completed. 5.2. If a player is suspected of bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings.

6. Cancellation of Bonuses

6.1. Players have the right to cancel any bonus before they start wagering it. By canceling the bonus, you also forfeit all winnings earned with those funds. 6.2. Bonuses are automatically cancelled if the active balance drops below 0.50 EUR/GBP or equivalent.

7. Amendments

7.1. Winkingdom Casino reserves the right to amend, cancel, or terminate any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
