9. Anti-Fraud Policy

9.1 Winkingdom Casino has a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activities, including collusion, use of automated betting systems (bots), and “advantage play” (bonus abuse). 9.2 If fraud is suspected, the Company reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and report actions to relevant regulatory bodies. 9.3 Deposits must be wagered at least 1x (once) before a withdrawal is permitted. 10. Withdrawal Policy

10.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is 20 EUR/GBP or equivalent. 10.2 Standard Withdrawal Limits:

• Monthly: 15,000 EUR 10.3 VIP/Higher Deposit Limits: Limits may increase based on the player’s lifetime deposit history, reaching up to 120,000 EUR per month for top-tier accounts. 10.4 All progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.

11. Dormant Accounts

11.1 Accounts inactive for 90 consecutive days (no deposits, bets, or withdrawals) are considered dormant. The Casino reserves the right to close such accounts and withhold remaining balances.

12. Responsible Gaming & Addiction Screening

12.1 The Casino actively screens for signs of gambling addiction. If problematic behavior is detected (excessive time/spending), we reserve the right to close the account to protect the player’s welfare.
